Welcome Letter to Chamber Members
Dear Prospective Member:
First, we would like to extend our thanks for your interest in the Howard City Area Chamber of Commerce. Without your support we could not fulfil our commitment to the community as we advocate on behalf of the businesses in the Howard City area. We are working hard to create an atmosphere that is beneficial to the membership and business community.
The purpose of the Howard City Area Chamber of Commerce is to create and promote economic opportunities and awareness aiding in growth and development of a safe, healthy, and prosperous community. The main goal of The Chamber is to develop a collaborative effort of businesses and community together, allowing the advancement of commercial, industrial, agricultural, civic, education and the general interest of Howard City and surrounding communities. Also, to promote cooperation in the matters of interest to the business/commercial professional people and the individuals of Howard City and the surrounding areas, in the creation and maintenance of the highest standards of business ethics.
It is your membership that allows the Chamber to build the connections needed but also allows us to offer things that promote and benefit the membership. These include being showcased at Chamber events, being featured on social media and our website (website is currently under construction), and opportunities to sponsor large events. Even if you do not have the time to be personally involved, your membership dues support the actions of others within the Chamber and further the growth and interests of the businesses in the community.
In 2023 we are looking to grow the Howard City Area Chamber and help our local businesses prosper. This is your invitation to join us in doing that. We want you to experience the benefits your membership will bring to your business.
